Nice when the staff are in. But highly unreliable, will open late and close early without notice.

I don’t feel comfortable going to this post office anymore. The lady who works there is not friendly at all. She never smiles, and the way she talks is very cold and rude.
Now I go to other post offices just to avoid dealing with her. I hope things get better.

Hello, I am writing to you about your services. On April 11, I sent a gift to Germany from the post office for my sister in Germany. She said that there were two mugs in the box. She asked them to stick a sticker on it, saying that it was glass, and to deliver it carefully. But no, I had to throw it away. It arrived on May 5 and the birthday gift was broken. I do not recommend your services. For such a price, the delivery could have been reliable and guaranteed.
